What data can you work with?
If your system can export it, we can work with it: CSV and Excel (.xls, .xlsx) exports from your ERP, e-commerce platform, POS or CRM, plus the spreadsheets your team keeps by hand. Merged headers, multiple tabs and messy formatting are all fine. We can also connect to your systems directly and sync on a schedule.
How soon will we see a first version?
Within days of kickoff — two weeks at most — depending on how many sources you have and how complex they are. Once it's live, new data updates automatically.
Is the cleaning done by machines or people?
Both. Our proprietary cleaning engine does the heavy, repetitive work of breaking down, linking and normalizing. Our data consultants confirm what every field means and review the data model, so the numbers add up.
Do we need to write code or hire a data engineer?
No. We take care of the data work. Day to day, you just ask questions in plain language.
Can we use ChatGPT, Claude or our own model?
Yes. The built-in assistant works out of the box. You can also connect ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools your team already uses, or models running in your own data center or private cloud.
Can the AI see data a user isn't allowed to?
No. When AI acts for you, it uses your identity and your permissions, under exactly the same rules. If you can't see it, the AI can't query it.
How granular can permissions get?
You decide which tables, columns and rows each person can see, by role, department, store or other attributes. A rule like “store managers only see their own store” takes one sentence to set up.
What gets logged, and can the log be changed?
Every query, permission change, data update and AI action is logged, including denied attempts. The log is built to be tamper-evident, so any change can be detected.
Where does our data live?
Wherever you choose: your own data center, a private cloud or your own cloud account. The warehouse and every AI query run inside your environment.
How is this different from uploading a spreadsheet to ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is great for one-off analysis, but every conversation starts from scratch.
